Do intellectuals and rich have a moral obligation to do something when we realize that there is something wrong with the world?

If intellectuals and rich don’t care, only concerned about every man for himself, then who will?

I leave it to humanity to decide whether following poem will be read from top to bottom or from bottom to top in the foreseeable future.
